What to do about a weird boyfriend?

Well, I've had my boyfriend for a bit over a month who is quite nice in public, but is totally different in a relationship. For example, we went shopping together last week, and he begged for oral sex, so we went to the family bathroom at the mall. Once I finished, he began licking my thigh-high boots (which left stains on the leather from his saliva) and then he begged for full sexual intercourse. I just agreed to do it for 5 mins max, but he continued for over 15 mins! What should I do? Is this normal behaviour from a guy?
