Can you get rabies from grass and tree's or plants?

how long can rabies saliva survive with the virus on grass and plant's? like can you get rabies through grass and other things? i haven't been bitten, scratched or near a rabid animal. i just want to know the chances of having rabies saliva on any grass, like baseball diamonds, backyards, etc. also i live in saskatchewan and i want my vaccine for rabies, i haven't been bitten or anything, i just want to take it for if i ever get bitten, how much would it cost and how long would the vaccine last for. so what are the chances there are saliva with rabies on baseball fields and backyards,and golf courses. haven't seen any animals, just very worried about the saliva getting into my mouth or eye's, didn't see any animals at all, i just want to know the chances of me touching the grass with saliva that has rabies on it, if that's possible. how long would the rabid saliva last on grass or tree's plants or other things like fences.
