What does "mojikan ga nai" and "kirai desu ka" means?i think the language used is nippongo.thanks :)?

In English, we call that "Japanese"--you might get more responses if you ask for it under that name. I'm afraid I'm not good enough with the language to help you completely, but the second one is a question. Also, you should post context, because in Japanese, speakers can leave out a lot of words based on the assumption that the listener has been following the conversation and knows what he's talking about. The second sentence literally says "[kirai] is it?" But could mean "Are you [kirai]?" "What is [kirai]?" "Is he [kirai]?" etc, based on the context. A translator is going to need that to tell you exactly what the sentence means in this case.
