I can't stand the smell of saliva!?

I love my bf very much, but the smell of saliva completely turns me off. we could be having a wonderfully romantic time, but once he kisses my body, or sucks or licks anything, I can smell his saliva and it turns me off. I know this must me something wrong with me... because this happens with most people unless they happen to be germaphobes like me and consciencely know not to leave their specimen on my body. I want to get over this.... but how? it's to the point where I'll be completely aroused, then they kiss my body, I smell it, and I'm totally turned off. How do I shut this down?
