FOR THE 1ST TIME I RAN OUT OF BREATH AND WAS WEEZING?

this has never hapened to me until today. I was running and swallowed my saliva and i stoped breathing. I couldnt talk and was wezzing. Why did this hapened and howto make sure it wont happen again
