Unknown disease, do u have info?

I have a co-worker that has these symptoms: pain in the jaw (just in the jaw the teeth don't hurt), swollen uvula - dangly thing in throat- (so swollen it touched the bottom of mouth/tongue), soreness in shoulders, and difficulty in swallowing. The doctors' don't know yet what it is they've taken a blood/saliva test and nothing. At first they diagnosed it as tonsillitis, she took all the medication and yet it is still here! She's had it for about a month now. If you think you know what the disease is please tell, or if you have a use full website that would also be nice. Thank you.
