Does anyone understand Thai or Taiwanese? What was Quagmire saying that other night on Family Guy?

Peter Griffen was pretending he was a redneck and the funny scenery I saw was when he bumped into Quagmire's truck. Quagmire had girlies in the back of his trunk who speak Taiwanese. Quagmire yelled, "Peter, what the hell?" And then all the girls went running screaming in Taiwanese. Then Quagmire shouted, "Huy. Ja pai nai? Koo jiopai leawai." something something. I couldn't catch what he was saying that fast and the last sentences he said that ended in tam tam. What were the sentences and what did they mean?
