Can my roomate catch mono?

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and I just recently foud a roomate. We have a connection. Or at least I think we do lol We got to talking and somehow the convo started going into vaccinations. He said that hes been vaccinated against meningitis. I think I may have mono and I know this question may be stupid but if we accidentally share a drink or "exchange" saliva, will he get mono? Im asking since he is vaccinated against meningitis
